March 2021 House of the Month

This single-family home located in Northwest Charlotte was built in 1993.  The homeowners were looking to put their house on the market and wanted to receive a maximum offer.  When choosing to upgrade, they wanted to make sure that they did things that would give them the biggest return on investment.  They upgraded all their original wood windows to 100% virgin vinyl double-hung windows.  Since then, their house has sold, and they received an offer well over their asking price.
