June House of the Month

This two-story home was built in 1991.  The original windows were metal single hung and were incredibly counterproductive with this homeowner’s energy bill.  The Window Source replaced all 18 original windows with 17 double-hung windows and one arch window.  While making these upgrades the homeowner wanted more natural light so she decided to have windows without grids installed.
