September House of the Month

This home in Fort Mill, SC, was built in 2007. The homeowner had a beautiful screened in porch that wasn’t as functional as they would have liked. As the winter months approached the family wanted to be able to enjoy watching football on the porch, while having that area remain functional in the hot summer months. After installing 2 lite sliding, fixed picture windows, and a storm door, the family can live comfortably year round at no cost to the beautiful scenery.
